Warranty

We only carry products made by US manufacturers. Generally speaking, products come with a 90 day warranty from manufacturer. Please fill out and send back the warranty card.

If you encounter any problem with your product within the first 14 days, you can email us for an exchange or refund. If the problem occurs after 14 days, we encourage you to contact the manufacturer directly.

Return

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for unused or defective products. If the retail package has been opened, we assume it is used and will not accept return unless it is defective.

If you do not like the products after receiving them, please do not open the packages. Contact us for an exchange or refund. Refund will be issued to original credit card after deducting $20.00 processing fee. Original shipping charge will not be refunded. Please contact us within 14 business days after the order date if you need returns. Please click Contact Us link on top of the page and use the contact us form to request an RMA number.

If the product is defective, please contact us within 14 business days after the order date. We will be happy to send you a replacement.

Cancel Order

When you place an order online, it will be forwarded to our warehouse immediately. If you want to cancel the order before the item i shipped, please send us email within 30 minutes after placing your order. Otherwise, a $10.00 processing fee will be deducted for each order. We are sorry for this. But again, to save cost and pass savings to customers like you, your anticipated cooperation is greatly appreciated.
