We ship in a plain box through various carriers (for example, USPS or UPS). The shipper will read: A_Hawks. You will not see any mark related with adult toys on the shipping label or shipping box.

Shipping Charge

• For US buyers in lower 48 states, we offer $8.88 Flat Rate Shipping. Depending on your location and product weight, we might ship by UPS or USPS. There is no guarantee on when the order will arrive. However, you can find estimated time by adding Processing Time and Transit Time.
• For Canadian buyers, we offer Flat Rate Shipping based on order value. The shipping cost is based on the total cost or weight of items. It costs $15.50 for order up to $100. It costs $20.50 for order up to $200.
• We also offer expedited shipping service from UPS or USPS. Shipping charge is calculated based on weight and can be seen in shopping cart.
• For international orders, we ship by USPS and UPS. You will find the calculated shiping charge during checkout. Generally speaking, USPS international shipment varies from $10 to $60.

International Order

• All import duties, tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of the customer which are not included in the shipping charge of your order. Based on our experience, small packages are generally not charged with any import duties, tariffs and taxes.
• Sometimes, customs do open packages for inspection. We are not responsible for any delay or problem caused by foreign customs. In the event the package was returned to us, we will issue credit of the product cost only. Please contact customs in your country before placing order.
• If you have purchased from any US retailers before, you should expect similar case on the transit time and import charges for your order from us.

Processing Time

• Orders with Express shipping (non UPS Ground, non USPS Priority Mail) are guaranteed to leave warehouse within 2 business day.
• Orders with UPS Ground, USPS Priority are guaranteed to leave warehouse within 3 business days.
• Orders with Flat Rate will leave warehouse within 4 business days.
• International orders normally leave warehouse within 7 business days.

Transit Time

• "UPS Next Day", "UPS 2nd Day" and "UPS 3 Day" take 1-3 business days to arrive respectively. 
• USPS Express takes 1-2 business days to arrive.
• Refer tp the map belows to see transit time of UPS Ground.
• USPS Priority takes 1-3 buiness days to arrive.
• Orders with Flat Rate will take 1-9 business days to arrive.
• International orders takes 1-5 business days to arrive by UPS and 1-4 weeks by USPS. Be sure to allow time of customs clearance.
